Khmer Cooking for beginner

Learning to cook can never be easy especially when you have to use so many different herbs and spices and many procedures to follow. It can be quiet stressful. As a beginner myself I face many difficulties in� preparing dishes such as curry, traditional somlor in which you have to use kreung and prohok, I must admit that there are times when I yell out for Mum's help and hope that she'll perform a miracle and fix up the not-so-tasty meal I prepared.� So, understandably I have created this page in hoping that it will help and as a guide for those who are interested in learning to cook yummy Khmer food.

I have tried to make this page as simple and accurate as it can be, but please keep in mind that I am a beginner myself and beginners aren't always flawless!! So if you find any errors or inaccurate information please don't hesitate to correct me. All feedbacks are extremely appreciated. Thank you.
