� Learning to cook can never be easy especially when you have to use so many different herbs and spices and many procedures to follow. It can be quiet stressful. As a beginner myself I face many difficulties in� preparing dishes such as curry, traditional somlor in which you have to use kreung and prohok, I must admit that there are times when I yell out for Mum's help and hope that she'll perform a miracle and fix up the not-so-tasty meal I prepared.� So, understandably I have created this page in hoping that it will help and as a guide for those who are interested in learning to cook yummy Khmer food. I have tried to make this page as simple and accurate as it can be, but please keep in mind that I am a beginner myself and beginners aren't always flawless!! So if you find any errors or inaccurate information please don't hesitate to correct me. All feedbacks are extremely appreciated. Thank you. |
