a little intro on me....
I was born and raised in Cambodia but is currently residing in Australia. Australia is a multicultural country, it offers variety of delicious food from all over the world. Although I have learned to love eating things such as burgers, lasagne, spaghetti, aussie style bbq, kebab, hot dogs and other junk food I still very much crave for classic Khmer cuisine.But Living away from home means that I can no longer savor over my mum's readily prepared delicious Khmer meals, thus I had to force myself cook. At first hand I had to throw away some the food that I prepared...I think you know why? Just didn't have much clue on what needs to go in the pot and what not. But as time pass I get alittle better and the food didn't taste all that bad (yeh,not at all bad:)). I am still learning and through this page I hope we can learn together.
And as you can see this page isn't properly done. I'm still working on ideas and searching for recipes to post up. Your feedback is very important in order to improve and complete this page so if you could please contact me via email at [email protected].
